Vallamont Mill Apartments

Originally constructed in 1910 by the Vallamont Planing Mill Company these "twin" three story masonry buildings are located in the Vallamont section of Williamsport, a predominantly residential subdivision laid out in 1889.

apartments in 1927, each apartment is spacious and has hardwood
floors and natural woodwork (some bedrooms are carpeted).
The 1015 Market Street building offers two-three bedroom
apartments on each floor. Each apartment is furnished with a
washer and dryer.
The 1019 Market Street building offers six one bedroom
apartments and six two bedroom apartments. A coin operated
laundry is located in this building.
Apartments in both buildings have abundant closet space
including individual storage areas in the basement. Each
apartment has an intercom system, allowing residents the ability
to talk to their visitors at the main building entrance and then
unlock the main building door from their apartment.
Paved off street parking is provided on site and complemented by
abundant on street parking. Several garages are also available
for rent.
